How many photos do we get?
Our philosophy is we don’t nickel and dime folks. There’s no limit on the number of photos we’ll take, we’re there to capture the entire property and make sure you have everything you need. Average homes tend to deliver between 40-60 images, exceptional homes 60-80.
How much money to add drone?
We don’t charge extra for drone. If you hire us for a photo package, that package will include aerial photos. If you have a video package, that video will include aerial footage. We believe the drone is just another camera in our toolbox and we’re here to make sure you get the best media possible, not try to ding you for additional mark-ups. When you look good, we look good!
Where do you work?
Our normal “free” travel range is KING, PIERCE, THURSTON and KITSAP counties. We still go outside those areas all the time but we do charge extra for the additional travel. Areas that are one county outside our free range is +$100. travel. Beyond that just ask we’re always happy to get a chance to make you happy!
What is Zillow 360?
Zillow 360 is a specialized app available to Zillow preferred photographers (that’s us!) that allows us to make basic 360-degree scans of your property. It has two benefits… a different way for folks to explore the property in 3D, and Zillow provides listings that use this technology a 400% algorithm boost for the first 10 days. WORTH IT!!
What is Matterport?
Matterport is a even more sophisticated 3D scanning technology that builds a fully manipulatable 3D model of the home. Really great way to let people do a “walkthrough” without coming to the property. Also provides 2D floorplans.
What is Virtual Staging?
Virtual Staging is when our artists use 3D rendering techniques to add furniture, decorations, plants and other objects to your photos. Have an empty room that you wish was staged? Virtual Staging!
What is TikTok / Instagram Reels?
We make a killer TikTok / Insta reel for you from your video… or provide you the individual clips in an easy to download package so you can make your own! REMIX!!!
What about COVID?
Our entire team is fully vaccinated, and we follow all safe-working guidelines including wearing of masks and full sanitation of our equipment. We’re not scientists or doctors and we know there’s a lot of opinions out there on masks and vaccines. We’re going to take every precaution anyway.
How do we get our files / photos / videos?
Everything is packaged for you into electronic links that make going live easy. Download full resolution beautiful images straight from our server, while videos are set up to stream automatically. You just copy and paste the links and off you go! We’re also here to fully support you if you need help getting your videos up on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other places you might market.
I have a cool idea and want to do something special!
Awesome! Our standard flat-rate packages provide a ton of value but sometimes you want to stand out with a special editing style, a on-screen introduction or other fun idea. Maybe you want to make a music video about your office? We’re a full service cinematography company and when we’re not making the Northwest’s best real estate videos we’re making commercials and brand films for the areas top companies. I need to cancel my appointment. Is there a fee?
Probably not! Cancellation and rescheduling are FREE provided you let us know before the day of the shoot. Most of the time even if you let us know early enough same-day we’ll still waive it as a courtesy as long as our team isn’t already travelling to your property. However, if you forget or neglect to cancel your appointment until the day-of, or no-show / no call your appointment, you may be asked to pay a cancellation up to 50% of the original appointment value. So be courteous and let us know!
